The Moodboard

This aesthetic harmonizes tactile natural textures with stylized, vintage-inspired botanical arrangements. It favors a restrained, earthy color palette of sage, cream, and wood tones to create a calming and sophisticated atmosphere. The visual identity bridges the gap between realistic material focus and flat, graphic design, emphasizing clean lines and subtle, decorative patterns.

A Balance of Comfort, Style and Functionality

The furniture selections balance practical functionality with a warm, inviting aesthetic, creating cohesive spaces that accommodate the diverse needs and daily activities of residents.

Thoughtful consideration of colour, texture and pattern adds personality to the interiors while maintaining a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Celebrating Australian Design

A defining feature of the refurbishment is the incorporation of fabrics from three distinctive Australian designers: Patricia Braune, Kelly Kratzing and Grace Garrett.

Patricia Braune’s Australian Lines Collection introduces contemporary pattern and artistic expression, complemented by the organic influences of Kelly Kratzing’s Arden’s Meadow Collection.

Also featured is Grace Garrett’s Nature’s Hideout Collection, inspired by the natural beauty of Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Drawing on the textures, colours and landscapes of the Australian environment, the collection brings a nature-inspired element to the interiors.

Together, these textile collections create a rich interplay of colour, pattern and texture, adding warmth and individuality to the refurbished spaces while celebrating Australian design.
